Bob has practiced law for over 25 years representing businesses, governmental entities, and nonprofit organizations in a variety of areas.  He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and a 1989 graduate from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in history.  Bob is licensed to practice law in three states - Texas, New Mexico, and Utah. Bob is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Gwen has practiced law for almost 20 years representing businesses, governmental entities, healthcare organizations, and nonprofit organizations.  She previously worked in private practice, as Assistant General Counsel at El Paso’s Helen of Troy, and as Executive Director of an El Paso-based Political Action Committee.  Gwen obtained her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2000 and a degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997.  Gwen is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico.

David has practiced in the securities and financial services industries for his 25-year legal career. David is a 1994 graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas and a 1989 graduate of Trinity University with a B.S. in biochemistry and business.  David is the founder of BreakSafe, a system that rebuilds books of business for transitioning brokers and advisors in the financial services industry.  David is licensed to practice in New Mexico.  

Mark Mendel founded the firm with Bob Blumenfeld in 1998 and has served in an of counsel role since 2014.  Mark has practiced law for over 35 years representing sophisticated clients in business, securities, international law, and public finance transaction.  Mark is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law (Juris Doctor, cum laude, 1981) and Washington & Lee University (B.A. politics, magna cum laude, 1978).  Mark serves as General Counsel to Internacional de Ceramica, S.A.B. de C.V. and its affiliates, including Interceramic.
