He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and a 1989 graduate from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in history. Bob is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico. Bob's main areas of practice include representing affordable housing/multifmaily housing developers and owners in all aspects of the financing, development, ownership and operation phases of their business. He also represents governmental entities and nonprofits.

David has practiced in the securities and financial services industries for his 30-year legal career. David is a 1994 graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas and a 1989 graduate of Trinity University with a B.S. in biochemistry and business. David is the founder of BreakSafe, a system that rebuilds books of business for transitioning brokers and advisors in the financial services industry. David is licensed to practice in New Mexico.

Mark Mendel founded the firm with Bob Blumenfeld in 1998 and has served in an of counsel role since 2014. Mark has practiced law for over 40 years representing sophisticated clients in business, securities, international law, and public finance transaction. Mark is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law (Juris Doctor, cum laude, 1981) and Washington & Lee University (B.A. politics, magna cum laude, 1978). Mark serves as General Counsel to Internacional de Ceramica, S.A.B. de C.V. and its affiliates, including Interceramic.
