Outside General Counsel Services

Our firm acts as an effective outside general counsel to a select few clients.  In that role, we support the organization’s internal legal counsel (or act as internal legal counsel) to review contracts, leases, real estate transactions, advise the Human Resources department, and advise Risk Management staff.  We provide outside general counsel services on flat fee and hourly fee rates.  If your business or entity has an interest in our general counsel services, please contact us to discuss.
